NCCSAFE is a 501(c)3 nonprofit founded in 2014 dedicated to providing the public with resources, education, and training to promote safety and readiness in response to active assailants and acts of domestic terrorism.
With over 30 years in federal law enforcement specializing in special intelligence and security training, Lois Blevins founded NCCSAFE in 2014 in an effort to provide affordable and accessible domestic terrorism training and resources to communities. Today, we continue to strive to best prepare organizations and the public at large for instances of domestic crisis.
Since our arrival in 2014, we've consistently grown all thanks to the helping hands of our amazing community! From our beginnings in Ellicott City, Maryland we have expanded outside of our Howard County roots. We are in the forefront of providing affordable emergency preparedness for organizations and citizens alike in the Mid-Atlantic area and across the nation.
NCCSAFE's panel of experts provide Active Assailiant Trainings that educate, prepare and bring awareness to domestic terrorism. Our team comes from an array of different backgrounds and expertise consisting of a highly established psychologist, retired secret service member and personnel from law enforcement.
